Fusion Property Services was formed in 2016 by Lee Horsfield, who was the sole director at the time.
The business was focused mainly on building maintenance and small project works within commercial and domestic properties.
The passion was to deliver an innovative and reliable service to an excellent standard which resulted in growth of the business from word of mouth.
A few years later Peter Lowe joined the company, appointed as a second director, with a view to push the business into the commercial sector.
Specialising in refurb and regeneration works throughout several industry sectors. It was clear that one thing we had no control over was the passive fire protection. We also realised the poor quality of currently installed Passive fire protection products and fire doors.
We made the decision to engage with third party accreditation companies to enable Fusion to self-deliver Passive fire protection products and Fire Door set installations.
Having achieved IFC and BM Trada accreditations, enabled us to secure contracts with several Blue chip clients. Following this, Fusion has grown significantly.
During this growth it has been extremely important to both of us to maintain and deliver excellent services to our customers. Our vision and core values remain the same now as it did at the start of the journey of Fusion, integrity, customer centricity and continuous improvement.
